Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to provide the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on the voucher delivery time. You can choose immediate delivery or schedule it for a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of the voucher by e-mail is free.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an e-mail containing the voucher as it appears in the window above, along with a link allowing you to download it at any time.
4. Your voucher has value and is ready to be redeemed in accordance with the voucher terms of use.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the order number and a link to the voucher if you wish to print it.
6. If you provided a recipient's e-mail address that is different from your own, you will receive a notification confirming that the voucher has been sent by e-mail to the specified recipient.

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It does not cover the Christmas period or special events. Advance booking of services is required for this gift voucher.

Please inform us at the time of booking that this voucher will be used and present it to a member of staff upon arrival. This voucher is non-refundable and no refund will be given for partial use.
