About the package

An intensive stay combining foreign language learning tailored to the participant's level of proficiency.

Participants can choose from the following languages: English, Chinese, French, Spanish, German, Polish, Turkish, Italian.

The package is designed to help the participant develop language skills: 5 hours per day during which the following will be carried out: text work, phonetic exercises, conversations and cultural tasks. Depending on the weather, classes will be held in our room or outdoors.

Rehabilitation

This option is designed to alleviate common complaints of adults participating in the courses - especially spinal tension, overload of the musculoskeletal system and fatigue.

Includes diagnostics: consultations with a physiotherapist, body composition and posture analysis, joint mobility examination, balance tests and gait assessment.

We also recommend therapeutic treatments: manual therapy/massage, physiotherapy, individually tailored exercise programs, group sessions and access to the cardio area; and a final diagnostic assessment encompassing progress evaluation and guidance for further work.
